Hi, I'm Sandra.

I work with thoughtful, capable people at a point of change — when success on the outside no longer matches what’s true on the inside, and they’re ready for a way forward that actually holds.
After nearly a decade of doing this work professionally, what I’m most proud of isn’t volume or visibility — it’s depth.
I’ve supported hundreds of people through moments that actually matter: decisions with real consequences, transitions that can’t be rushed, and pressure that doesn’t respond to platitudes.
My superpower? I know how to hold complexity, cut through noise, and help people get clear and move forward in a way that stands up in real life — fast.
My work creates space for clarity — not more noise, advice, or pressure. I listen closely for patterns, subtext, and what’s often left unsaid, helping you slow down just enough to see what’s actually driving your choices. From there, we translate insight into grounded decisions and follow-through that holds in real life — not just in theory.
This is thoughtful, highly personalized work, designed to meet you where you are and support progress that’s honest, sustainable, and yours.

How did I get here?
Before this work, I spent over a decade in high-pressure corporate environments. On paper, I was successful — traveling the world, managing a highly visible role, and working in a position I had dreamed about early on in my career. But the pace and expectations weren’t sustainable as they were, and eventually something had to change.
What mattered most to me was this: I didn’t want to quit my career — I wanted to thrive inside it. And I did. I learned how to support my health, regulate stress, and stay grounded while remaining in the same demanding environment. That experience fundamentally reshaped how I understood performance, resilience, and what it actually takes to sustain success over time.
Still, as life evolved, the career I loved no longer fit the life I wanted to live. That realization led me to look more closely at how I was making decisions — and why. A motto I had created years ago resurfaced with clarity: Live the life you love, and love the life you live.
That turning point led me into health and wellness coaching, and ultimately into the work I do today — helping people navigate pressure, recalibrate, and move forward in ways that actually hold in real life.
The Way I Live
I believe in living a life by design. I don’t just guide this work — I live it.
Transition is messy. It’s hard. And it’s worth it.
My own choices are guided by values and a commitment to what matters most now and in the long run, creating a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and sustainable.

You don’t need more advice. You need space to hear what you already know — and support to act on it.
